What if my needs are not covered by the examples?
We would still like to hear about them. We start with each business’s challenges, without limiting the proposal to a list of applications. We assess your goals, technical feasibility and the integrations needed to propose a tailored solution.
What comes with a local AI system?
We deliver the assembled system with the agreed local AI models and tools installed, configured and tested. The quotation identifies the hardware configuration and included software. A business-specific application is not included in the hardware price.
What if I need a specific application or integration?
We assess it as an additional project. Application development, RAG using your business documents, automations and integrations have their own scope and quotation, separate from the hardware and local AI setup.
Can one machine handle every AI use case?
Hardware is sized for each project’s workloads and objectives. We can combine use cases where feasible, taking memory, performance, concurrent usage and budget into account. Applications are quoted according to scope.
Will my data leave the company?
In a fully local configuration, models and data processing run within your environment. External connections, telemetry, updates and integrations are reviewed explicitly: we do not assume that all software works offline.
Do we need to share sensitive information to get started?
Not for an initial conversation. We can start with a description of the challenge, processes and expected outcomes. Access to real data is agreed later, in an appropriate environment and under suitable conditions.
How many people can use the system?
It depends on the model, task, data volume, simultaneous workload and target response times. We size the solution and validate those targets before committing to a capacity.
Can we use hardware we already own?
Yes, if it meets the requirements of the intended use. We review available resources and assess upgrades or reuse before proposing new infrastructure.
How are pricing and support defined?
Hardware, deployment, applications and support services are itemised separately. The quotation specifies deliverables, timelines and terms; support and service levels are agreed for each project.
